工作地点： 德国杜塞尔多夫 职责： 1. 合规管理/工程师如GDPR、网络安全、反贿赂、商业秘密、EHS等。 2. 洞察分析外部法律环境变化，输出洞察报告。 3. 设计和监控控制系统以处理违反法律规则和内部政策的行为。 4. 与内部部门（人力资源、法务、销售、交付等）合作，监控标准和法规的执行情况。 5. 审查和评估公司程序和报告，以识别隐藏的风险或常见问题。 6. 组织合规相关会议和输出报告。 7. 必要时审查同事的工作，以确定合规问题并提供建议或培训。 8. 评估企业未来的风险，以识别可能的合规风险。 9. 及时了解公司内外的监管发展以及合规控制方面不断发展的最佳实践。 10. 为高级管理层准备报告并向监事会报告管理进展。 Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Responsibilities: Compliance management/engineer as GDPR, Cyber Security, anti-bribery, trade secret, EHS, etc. Insight and analyze external legal environment changes and output insight reports. Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies. Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Legal, Sales, Delivery and etc.) to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations. Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues. Organizational compliance related meetings and output report. Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training. Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control. Prepare reports for senior management and report management progress to supervisor board.
