Your Responsibilities Screening and pre-selection of applications Assist first round telephone interviews and language test Continuous optimize and update the candidate pool Contact with colleges Support job fairs and career day Editing and publication of job descriptions
任职要求
Your Qualification Enrolled students in business administration, business law, psychology, pedagogy, English, German or a comparable course of study Knowledge and interest in HR fuctions Fluent in English, German speaking candidate is preferable Very good communication ability; high load capacity; a strong sense of responsibility as well as teamwork Above-average reliability and discretion Knowledge of MS-Office (especially with Excel) is required Our Offer Experience of professional training and education program Diverse and challenging tasks Increase your process understanding and soft skills Cooperation with various entities (e.g. college, government, departments etc.) International working, management and organizational environment Attractive compensation package
