职位描述

• Plan and coordinate powertrain development projects inside OEM • Represent OEM’s powertrain department in local committees for powertrain projects, incl. collect all project related inputs, sort, align and distribute to partners, management of development plan (cost, timeline and release milestones) • Quality gate of functional specifications incl. collect, review and provide approval etc. • Communicate with Stakeholder incl. regular information synchronization between internal organization and suppliers, with function owners

任职要求

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Major Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or equivalent • With a minimum of 3 years working experiences with required knowledge • Good technical knowledge of engines & vehicles, technical expert of the respective field of powertrain • Project management understanding • Strong verbal and written communication skills, sufficiently communicative skills • Team player skills • Willingness to learn • Detail orientation • Power of endurance • Cooperation skills and assertion skills • Abstraction skills • Work experience in the organization and coordination, as well as in vehicle/component management preferred • Fundamental knowledge in engines, vehicles and product development process (PEP) • Language skills in English are business fluent and German is a must
