职位描述

岗位职责： 1. 领导中国两个生产厂的财务/会计工作 2. 向中国的总经理（中文）和欧洲总部的CFO报告。 3. 负责预算规划，成本分析，控制和报告。分析和报告计划与实际数字之间的偏差/差异，特别是成本和利润率的偏差。确定节约成本的潜力。 4. 负责法律/合规和税务 1. Leading the Finance/Accounting in the two production plants in China 2. Reporting to the Managing Director in China (Chinese) and to CFO in HQ in Europe. 3. Responsible for Budget planning, Cost analysis, Controlling and Reporting: Analysis and reporting of the deviations/difference between planning and real numbers, especially the deviation in cost and margins. Identification of cost-saving potentials. 4. Responsible for Legal/Compliance and Tax.

任职要求

任职要求： 1. 财务、会计、控制或相关领域的学位，熟悉工业产品的生产成本计算。 2. 必须熟悉国际财务报告准则（以及中国会计准则与国际财务报告准则之间的差异或必要的调整）。 3. 母语水平的中文流利，英语流利（口语和阅读/写作）。 4. 至少有5年在中国的（欧洲）制造企业（工厂）担任会计的经验。 5. 有在中国的欧洲公司担任总会计师、财务经理或财务总监的经验者优先。 6. 具有国际思维和欧洲/德国工作文化的经验；具有团队精神；具有实干精神；具有良好的沟通和人际交往能力。 7. 诚信和对公司的忠诚，对长期就业感兴趣。 1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or related fields, familiar with the calculation of the production cost for industrial products. 2. MUST be familiar with IFRS (and the difference or necessary adjustment between China GAAP vs. IFRS). 3. Fluent in Chinese at mother tongue level, fluent in English (oral and reading/writing). 4. At least 5 years’ experience as Accountant in (European) manufacturing companies (factories) in China. 5. Experience as Chief Accountant, Finance Manager or Controller at a European company in China preferred. 6. International mind-set and experience with European/German work culture; team player; hands-on mentality; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Integrity and loyalty to the company, interested in a long-term employment.
