As part of HV-Battery design team in the PEP (Product Emergency Process) process, responsible for conceptual & Ensuring product quality of battery products Operation of test fields, ensure product quality by according EOL-testing Ensure regular information exchange with other plants Ensure release of new projects Operation of measurement room Perform process audit Operate the resident activities in vehicle plants Prepare the department for process and system audit (ISO 9001 / VDA 6.1 Perform the shift measurement of in house parts Perform measurements for failure analysis cases Plan, control and monitor TQF headcount, invest and SGK

任职要求

Bachelor degree or higher, majored in engineering, electrical engineering is preferred Familiar with automotive quality norm (ISO 9000, VDA6.3, VDA6.1/TS16949) and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D), 6 sigma with green/black belt is prefer. Familiar with project management, good knowledge for PEP. Outstanding organization and coordination ability Good communication skills with the ability to communicate well with people in a variety of positions, roles and levels Strong knowledge for leadership, strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills High sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking Communicative, self-disciplined, accurate, stress-resistant Familiar with the dynamics of the automotive industry More than 3 years of work experience within quality or production Experience with welding is preferred. Fluent in German or English Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
