职位描述

1. 分析通快中国的市场环境及定义关键行业 2. 根据以下几个关键特性开发相关行业的业务： a) 关键用户以及他们的关键决策人 b) 购买周期、购买标准和特殊要求 c) 关键行业的本地分布 d) 市场前景及通快的现状 3. 通过向客户提供研讨会或其他沟通方式来接近相关行业 4. 跟踪相关措施的结果以生成结论 5. 与销售及管理团队紧密合作，为各行业确定每个销售区域的目标 6. 密切关注通快在每个关键行业的业绩情况 7. 关注每个目标行业的竞争对手的业绩和产品供应情况 8. 协助管理部门制作综合决策文件，以便通快中国实现以行业为导向的决策过程 9. 与德国总部建立联系，反馈目标行业的特定市场需求 10. 负责通快中国工业4.0相关产品的业务开发 11. 负责完成直属主管和领导安排的其他的工作任务 1. Analyze market environment of TRUMPF China and define major key industries 2. Develop business in these industries based on several key characteristics: a) Who are key players and their key decision makers b) What are buying cycles, buying criteria and special requirements c) What is local distribution of these key industries d) What is the market potential and the current situation of TRUMPF 3. Approach these industries by offering customer seminars or by defining other communication measures for each industry 4. Follow up on the results of these measures to generate results 5. Work closely together with sales and sales management to identify goals for each sales region for each industry 6. Closely monitor TRUMPF performance in each key industry 7. Monitor performance and product offering of competitors in each target industry 8. Support management with comprehensive decision documents in order to allow a industry oriented decision making process at TRUMPF China 9. Interact with headquarter in Germany to feedback specific market needs of target industries 10. Take over the business development for new Industry 4.0 related product offerings of TRUMPF China 11. Other tasks assigned by immediate manager

任职要求

1. 海外本科学历 2. 机械工程或工商管理专业 3. 具有在电气、流体、家具、金属加工（钣金，焊接，管材）行业和销售等相关的经验 4. 专注技术产品，分析能力强，自励，主观能动性强，以销售为导向及良好的沟通能力的 5. 有不同行业解决方案开发经验 6. 流利的英语，会德语者更优 7. 清晰的，有逻辑性的口头和书面沟通能力，较强的分析能力 8. 能理解并遵守通快的员工手册和行为准则 1. Diploma from an overseas University 2. Major in Mechanical engineering or business administration 3. Some experience in the industry(electrics,fluid,furniture, metal processing (sheet metal, welding, tube) and in the sales of investment goods 4. Interest in technical products, strong analytical skills, self-driven, self motivated, sales oriented personality, Good communication skills 5. Be experienced in solution development for different industries 6. Fluent English, German is a plus 7. Clear and well structured oral and written communication skills, strong analytical capabilities 8. Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China
