1. 与业务部和喜利得一起完善质量体系，创造喜利得质量的未来。 2. 风险管理，从项目定义阶段到开发阶段再到启动阶段，最后是结束阶段 3. 执行供应商评级、审核和改进活动。 4. 协助市场组织（区域公司）的质量管理。 5. 主动监控市场上的产品质量，包括其根本原因。 6. 确保有效处理客户投诉或质量问题。 7. 培养、指导和支持团队成员。 8. 担起责任，实现年度质量BU业务目标，取得突出成果。 9. 跟踪风险规避和质量数据方面的业务改进，并设定雄心勃勃的质量目标。 10. 每年实现喜利得质量体系的可量化改进。 1. Improve the Quality System with the Business Unit and HILTI to form the future of HILTI quality. 2. Risk Management from project definition phase, through development phase, launch and phase out. 3. Perform supplier rating, audits and improvement activities. 4. Support quality management in the Market Organizations (regional companies). 5. Monitor pro-actively product quality in the market including root-causes. 6. Ensure effective handling of customer complaints or quality issues. 7. Develop, coach and support team members. 8. Resume responsibility for annual quality BU business target achievement to achieve outstanding results. 9. Track business improvements in risk avoidance and quality figures and set ambitious quality targets. 10. Achieve annually a quantifiable improvement to HILTI quality system.
任职要求
1. 来自知名技术或商业大学的优秀毕业生。 2. 6-8多年的工作经验，不仅在质量方面，而且在运营或业务领导职能方面都有经验。 3. 有国际公司工作经验者优先。 4. 优秀的构思和战略思维能力。有顾问经验者优先。 5. 在管理利益相关者方面非常熟练，包括高层管理和影响力，但不是领导。 6. 良好的经济知识，并了解成本，风险和影响的业务相关性。 7. 具有在质量，保修和责任的法律和合同方面的基础知识。 8. 良好的节制力和沟通技巧。 9. 具有扎实的质量和风险管理以及高效的风险缓解管理能力。 10. 独立分析问题，结果跟踪。 11. 非常善于开发预防概念，改进产品，系统，流程或组织级别。 12. 熟悉供应商开发和质量保证，能够执行对供应商的评估、审核。 13. 对制造技术有很好的了解。 14. 流利的英语（口头和书面），德语优先。 1. Excellent advanced degree from a renown technical or business University. 2. 6-8 years working experience not only in quality but also in operative or business leading functions. 3. Disciplinary leadership experience required ideally including international locations. 4. Excellent conceptional and strategic thinking ability. Consulting background beneficial. 5. Highly skilled in stakeholder management incl. top management and influencing without leading. 6. Good economic knowledge and understanding of business correlations of costs, risks and impact. 7. Basic knowledge of legal and contract aspects of quality, warranty and liability. 8. Good moderation and communication skills. 9. Solid in quality and risk management methods and efficient risk mitigation management. 10. Self-sufficient in problem analysis and drive for results. 11. Very good ability to develop concepts for prevention, improvements on the product, system, process or organizational level. 12. Familiar with supplier development and quality assurance and able to perform supplier evaluation audits. 13. Good understanding of manufacturing technologies. 14. Fluent in English (oral and written), German beneficial.
