职位描述

作为销售工程师/客户经理,您将负责客户获取以及为家电、工业、汽车和新能源领域的直接客户和业务合作伙伴提供客户支持。您将专注于商业和技术咨询,以提高销售额、利润和客户满意度。您将与客户和业务合作伙伴保持紧密联系,捕捉他们的要求、需求和期望,向他们介绍三友的产品,确保销售项目的顺利有效处理。 您的职责是: As Vertriebsingenieur / Account Manager you will be responsible for customer acquisition and support for direct accounts and business partners from the home appliances, industrial, automotive, and new energy sectors. You will be focusing both on commercial and technical consulting to increase sales, profit, and customer satisfaction. You will have strong contact with the customers and business partners, capturing their requests, requirements, and expectations, introducing Sanyou products to them and ensure the smooth and effective handling of sales projects. Your duties will be: - 通过与销售、研发、技术工程师等的团队合作,通过所有的商业和技术咨询来管理和支持现有的客户群和业务伙伴 - 与客户协商年度需求量和框架协议 - 在欧洲获得新的战略客户并发展新的业务伙伴 - 项目管理,在整个项目周期内通过关键项目向业务伙伴提供支持 - 支持和协调销售策略的制定和实施 - 负责准备短期和长期的销售计划,以及准备统计数据 - 及时向客户和业务伙伴提供产品更新、培训和营销材料 - 定期提供市场洞察和趋势更新 • Manage and provide support to existing group of customers and business partners by all the commercial and technical consulting in a teamwork with Sales, R&D, Technical Engineer etc • Negotiate annual demand volumes and framework agreements with the customers • Acquire new strategic customers and develop new business partners in Europe • Project management and provide support to business partners by key projects throughout the whole project cycle • Support and coordinate the development and implementation of sales strategies • Be responsible for preparing short- and long-term sales plans as well as for the preparation of statistics • Provide timely product update, training, and marketing materials to customers and business partners • Provide regular market insights and trend updates

任职要求
