职位描述

在负责的销售区域获取新客户 管理重要客户 与现有的和外部销售代表合作 与应用工程师团队共同合作,为领导提供可观的解决方案 定期与客户的工程团队以及管理层沟通 组织及参与贸易展览/会议 支持营销(广告、新闻简报、纸质材料) 管理分销商并创建销售渠道 协助采购和供应链管理团队 Tasks Acquisition of new customers in the responsible sales region Key account management Collaboration with existing and external sales representatives Work closely with application engineer team to provide the considerable solution to the decision makers Regular communications with customers’ engineering teams as well as the management levels Organization of and participation in trade shows/conferences Marketing support (ads, newsletters, paper material) Manage distributors and create sale channels Assist the procurement and supply chain management team

任职要求

在消费电子生态系统的相机应用领域(手机、平板电脑、智能手表、智能眼镜、无人机等)中,与目标客户保持良好的关系,胜任过销售岗位。 能识别新客户,建立以及维护关系 能够理解客户的技术要求并提出相应的解决方案 对销售热情,性格友好,组织能力强,自主性强,可以接受国际出差 有较强的销售技巧,思想开放,善于建立信任 必须有技术背景(硕士或同等学历) 熟练掌握中文和英文(其他语言有优势) 良好的PowerPoint和Excel工作知识 Requirements: Proven success in the sales position with good relationship with target customer in the camera application of the consumer electronics ecosystem (mobile phone, tablet, smart watches, smart glasses, drones etc.) Ability to identify new customers, build up & maintain relationships Ability to understand customers\\\' technical requirements and suggest solutions Passion for sales, friendly personality, well organized, autonomous and prepared to travel internationally Strong sales skills, open minded and good at trust establishment Must have technical background (MSc or equivalent) Proficiency in Chinese & English (other languages advantageous) Good working knowledge in PowerPoint & Excel
