You are responsible and accountable for the implementation of these projects. You are in charge internally for all technical and financial aspects of the projects and externally you function as technical counterpart for our technical partners. You manage domestically and internationally specific technical group developments projects up to field-testing thus securing our innovation leadership. You run major projects yourself and manage smaller teams locally within a steadily growing international group. Thus, you support our continuous development of solutions based on excellent engineering and IoT in order to satisfy customer demands with utmost technical skill.

You have been in charge of engineering and development projects in a leading function and thus built your high-level expertise in all relevant aspects of engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronic, digital, AI, IT) and project management. Experience in process automation and complex project management is a substantial element of your qualification. You have shown yourself as a well-accepted partner who is being taken serious in international projects. Your colleagues, project partners and clients appreciate you as a competent doer with a sense for demanding technical solutions on a solid economic basis. You have reliable leadership experience with diverse teams and you can manage bigger teams locally and internationally. For your team you create space for initiative and accountability. You are also welcome to apply if you are a Junior Project Manager. You are fluent in English. Speaking German is welcome but not a must.
