职位描述

岗位职责： 1.支持团队的日常工作，协助满足基本的业务需求，例如，会议/电话预约和安排 2.协助项目管理，翻译和准备报告的数据，会议记录摘要，预览和检查电子流程等。 3.与客户进行初步的会议安排，并参加与客户的会议 4.协助准备每周或每月的报告 5.从不同团队收集项目管道信息并进行总结 6.确保团队内所有行政工作的顺利进行 重要提示：申请者必须是德国公民、欧盟国民或有资格在德国生活和工作，才能被考虑担任此职务 Main Responsibilities: 1.Team support in its daily work, assistance with basic business requirements, for example, meeting/conference call booking and arrangement 2.Project management assistance, translation and preparation of data for report, meeting minutes summaries, preview and check of e-flows, etc. 3.Preliminary meeting scheduling with clients and join in meeting with clients 4.Assist with preparation of weekly or monthly reporting 5.Project pipelines info collection from different teams and summaries 6.Ensuring a smooth workflow of all administrative tasks within the team Important: To be considered for this role, applicants must be either German citizens, EU-nationals or are eligible to live and work in Germany
