职位描述

1. 独立确定各职能部门和实体的治理和战略需求 2. 制定有竞争力的建议，包括复杂的战略问题的结构化、框架的产生、解决方案的假设、时间表和预算要求 3. 制定、评估和调整所有职能部门的业务解决方案，包括解决冲突并为VCIC和Gotion董事会层面准备决策文件 4. 为新的业务功能设计流程，以及优化现有流程和部门之间的接口。 5. 协调和支持实施所有与中国和欧洲的业务合作和潜在合作有关的活动。 6. 与Gotion各部门（研发部、PQL、采购部、财务部、人力资源部）合作，实施与大众汽车相一致的管理措施。 7. 使高德的战略与大众的全球战略同步 8. 支持协调高德的董事会和董事会委员会在高德和大众之间的进程 9. 协调国通对外投资、融资计划以及与大众汽车集团（法律和证券）有关的公告和信息披露 10. 有能力设计和执行独特的分析，需要应用多种战略、财务概念和工具 11. 为必要的决策委员会准备文件 12.提出、促进和推动流程改进的实施 13. 向/与团队成员传授知识，总结经验教训，并将其传授给团队成员 14. 为内部和外部会议创建文件以及介绍当前工作包的状况 15. 建立并维护深圳国通、大众和VCIC之间的工作圈，参与/主持定期的跨厂会议 16. 识别风险，在相关系统中记录，并在所有利益相关者的协调下制定应对措施 1. Independent identification of governance and strategic needs across functions and entities 2. Development of competitive proposals including structuring of complex strategic issues, generation of frameworks, solutions hypothesis, timeline and budget requirements 3. Develop, evaluate and align business solutions across all functions incl solving conflicts and preparing decision documents for VCIC and Gotion Board Level 4. Design processes for new business functions as well as optimization of existing processes and interfaces between departments 5. Coordinate and support to implement all activities regarding business cooperation and potential collaboration with Gotion in China and Europe 6. Cooperate with Gotion BUs( R&D, PQL, Purchasing, Finance, HR) to implement governance measures which aligned with VW. 7. Synchronize Gotion strategy with VW global strategy. 8. Support to coordinate Gotion BoD and BoM committee process between Gotion and VW 9. Coordination of Gotion external investments, financing plans and securities related announcement and information disclosure with VW Group(Legal and Securities) 10. Ability to design and perform unique analysis that require the application of multiple strategic, financial concepts and tools. 11. Prepare documents for necessary decision-making committees 12. propose, promote and drive implementation of processes improvement 13. Transfer knowledge to/ with team members and summarize Lessons Learned and transfer to the team member 14. Creation of documents as well as presentation of current work package status for internal and external meeting 15. build up and maintain working circle between Gotion & VW SZ and VCIC participating/running regular cross-plant meetings 16. identify risks, document in relevant systems and develop counter measures under reconciliation of all stakeholders

任职要求

1. 工商管理专业本科以上学历或同等学历 2. 5年以上类似职位的工作经验。 3. 有商业模式建立、企业战略和路线图制定的经验 4. 有战略和业务管理经验者优先考虑 5. 对大众汽车集团的生产流程有良好了解者优先。 6. 在产品组合管理方面有较高的水平 7. 优秀的数字、财务分析、计划、预测、报告和项目管理能力 8. 良好的整体商业技能，以推动发展、协议和合同。 9. 具有较强的同时组织各种任务/项目的能力。 10. 优秀的沟通技巧，合作行为，说服技巧和处理冲突。 11. 优秀的商业敏锐性和客户导向。 12. 强大的分析能力，如财务分析、建模和支持决策的框架 13. 有较强的表达和记录能力，能与管理团队层面进行沟通。 14. 批判性思维和创造性地解决复杂问题的热情 15. 非常好的自我反省和内在动力。 16. 有能力在一个国际化的公司和团队中工作 17. 对相关的EDV办公和管理软件有良好的了解 18. 优秀的中文能力（中文为母语） 19. 英语作为商务语言，口语和写作都很流利 20. 德语是一个加分项 1. Bachelor degree or above in business administration or comparable education 2. More than 5 years of experience in similar positions. 3. Experience in business model setup, corporate strategy and road map development 4. Experience in strategy and business management is a plus 5. Good knowledge of production processes of VW Group is plus. 6. High level in product portfolio management 7. Excellent with numbers, financial analysis, planning, forecasting, reporting and project management skills 8. Good overall commercial skills to drive development, agreements and contracts. 9. Strong ability to simultaneously organize various tasks/projects. 10. Excellent communication skill, cooperative behavior, convincing skill and dealing with conflict. 11. Excellent business acumen and customer orientation. 12. Strong analytical skills as financial analysis, modeling and frameworks that support decision making 13. Strong presentation and documentation ability to communicate with management team level. 14. Critical thinking and passion to solve complex problems creatively 15. Very good self-reflection and inner drive. 16. Ability to work in an international company and team 17. Good knowledge of related EDV office and management software 18. Excellent in Chinese ( Chinese as mother tongue) 19. English as business language, fluently in speaking and writing 20. German is a plus
