岗位职责： 1.分析及评估质量规范； 2.与项目管理层协调，制定基于质量规范要求的具体项目质量保证策略； 3.独立、客观地确保工作结果及过程符合要求，并预防可能出现的错误； 4.规划、实施和记录用于进行项目质量保证过程的独立质量保证措施； 5.定义质量保证措施； 6.监督措施有效性； 7.报告质量保证的状态； 8.协助项目管理办公室及其他跨职能活动。 我们提供的建议： 你不仅仅是车轮上孤独转动的一个齿轮。承担起你的责任。在I A V，我们把越发重要的任务交给你，一步一步来。我们有专业的导师，你不是孤身一人。你可以与项目一同成长。你将与汽车行业和研究领域的大人物一起工作。并通过例如内部研讨和大型讨论会，不断而有针对性地提高你的专业资质。 多样性和平等的机会对我们很重要。我们关助人本身，也关心个体的能力与个性。 Your tasks: 1.Analysis and evaluation of quality specifications. 2.Coordinating with the project management: Creating a project-specific quality assurance strategy for the fulfillment of quality specifications. 3.Independent and objective ensuring that work results and processes comply with the requirements and to be fixed errors and in the future are prevented. 4.Planning, implementation and documentation independent Quality Assurance (QA) measures to be carried out for project quality assurance process (e.g., Gates). 5.Defining quality assurance measures. 6.Monitoring the effectiveness of the measures. 7.Reporting QA status. 8.Support with Project Management Office (PMO) and other cross-function activities. 任职要求

1.工程类等相关专业毕业（如电气工程、通信技术、计算机科学等）; 2.具备如质量审核、过程分析、质量审计/评估等质量管理方法等相关工作经验； 3.具备基本汽车技术知识，了解A-SPICE、ISO/IEC 9001或ISO27001等标准者优先考虑； 4.具备工程项目管理实际经验者优先考虑； 5.具备流利的德语和英语听说读写能力； 6.具备良好的沟通能力、团队精神、善于分析、认真负责等特质及条例清晰的工作方式。 1.Completed engineering studies (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, Computer Science, etc.). 2.Related experience with quality management methods, e.g. review, process analysis, audit/ assessment. 3.Basic knowledge of vehicle technology, ideally knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO/IEC 9001 or ISO27001. 4.Practical experience of engineering project management would be desirable. 5.Very good knowledge of German and English in both written and spoken languages. 6.Soft skills & Attitude: empathy, communication, sense of responsibility, team spirit, assertiveness, analytical thinking and structured way of working.
