职位描述

1)增强德派中国与总部日常沟通的频度和深度，建立充分的信任感，德派相关产品开发和优化，促进总部进行产品改造升级； 2)不断优化改进自动化项目流程，帮助内部项目管理团队与工程团队改善工作流程； 3)管控项目发展趋势，基于年度和月度的业绩指标，调整并优化项目管控策略，与应用方案和工程团队保持密切沟通； 4)定期参与部门流程管理优化会议，提出改善建议； 5)根据客户的需求，设定项目QCDTM目标，并确保达成； 6)根据项目开发的需求，建立全球CFT团队，并进行任务分配和跟踪，召集项目会议； 7)根据Gateway体系，进行有效的节点管理，明确在RFQ、开发评审、设计开发、工艺策划、工艺过程开发及调试等阶段的输出及计划落实； 8)对所负责项目的开发结果负责，并就项目进行总结报告，对于项目成败的经验进行内部分享； 9)负责所带领的PM团队建设，人才梯队的建立及人员的指导和培养； 10)能对潜在风险作出识别，判断，预防，管控并适时升级；风险意识强； 11)作为公司和客户的窗口，在项目过程中主导解决公司和客户间的问题； 12)当所负责的项目有资源冲突风险时，需要有效的时间管理和优先级区分； 1)Enhance the frequency and depth of daily communication between DEPRAG China and headquarter in Germany, establish a strong sense of trust between the two teams, and drive German headquarter to proceed with product upgrading. 2)Continuously optimize and improve the automation project process, support internal project management team and engineering team to improve the workflow. 3)Take good control of project and be able to adjust and optimize strategies based on annual and monthly performance indicators, keep close communication with internal application and engineering teams. 4)Regularly participate in CIP meetings and propose improvement suggestions. 5)Set the project QCDTM target according to the customer\'s requirements and ensure the achievement. 6)According to the needs of project development, establish a global CFT team, assign and track tasks, and convene project meetings 7)Carry out effective node management according to the Gateway system, and clarify the output and plan implementation in the stages of RFQ, development review, design and development, process planning, process development and debugging. 8)Responsible for the development results of the projects in charge, make summary reports on the projects, and share the experience of the success or failure of the projects internally; 9)Responsible for team building, talent echelon establishment and personnel guidance and training of project management team; 10)Able to identify, judge, prevent, control and timely upgrade potential risks; Strong risk awareness; 11)Be responsible of solving problems between the company and the client during the project as the contact window. 12)Effective time management and prioritization are required when the project in charge is at risk of resource conflict.

任职要求

1.机电类相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2.从事机械类相关工作：3年以上智能设备制造从业经验等； 3.有意向来中国苏州工作的外籍友人，英语可作为工作语言（听说读写流利），熟练使用德语者优先； 4.熟悉欧洲文化，擅长跨国企业间的工作沟通； 5.有国际项目管理经验，或者意愿转行，对项目管理有兴趣、有理解、有见地。 1.Mechanical and electrical related major, bachelor degree or above. 2.At least 3 years working experience in automatic assembly and intelligent manufacturing. 3.For this position, we prefer foreign partners who are interested in working in China and comfortable using English as working language. Proficiency in German is a plus. 4.Familiar with European culture, and have working experience within multi-national companies. 5.Have certain project management experience, or want to change careers, and be interested, understanding and insightful in project management.
