职位描述

- 以售前身份支持Quectel的区域销售团队，从技术上对机会进行鉴定 - 捕捉客户的具体要求，以加快业务的发展 - 制定技术上强大、高效、适用的解决方案 - 向关键的利益相关者（内部和外部）提供技术信息和演示，最高可达CXO级别 - 为Quectel同事和客户提供技术问题、问题和开发方面的支持 - 引导解决方案的实施，通过清晰明确的流程及时为客户提供服务，并在整个过程中保持预期。 - 为Quectel产品组合和相关服务提供技术培训（内部和外部）。 - 创建和维护专业的技术资料 - 与Quectel市场、产品组合和能力保持一致，提高和加强Quectel在行业中的地位，与内部产品和销售团队合作，确定行业需求，并开发/加速Quectel产品。 - 保持相关的行业知识和经验 · Support the regional Quectel sales teams in a pre-sales capacity, to technically qualify opportunities · Capture specific customer requirements to accelerate business drivers · Develop solutions that are technically strong, efficient, and fit for purpose · Deliver technical information and presentations to key stakeholders (internally and externally) up to CXO level · Support Quectel colleagues and customers in relation to technical questions, issues and development · Lead solution implementation to onboard customers in a timely manner through clear and defined processes, maintaining expectations throughout · Technical training (internally and externally) for the Quectel portfolio and associated services · Create and maintain professional technical material · Maintain alignment with of Quectel markets, portfolio, and capabilities, advancing and strengthening Quectel’s position within industry, working with internal product and sales teams to identify industry need and develop / accelerate Quectel propositions · Maintain relevant industry knowledge and experience

任职要求

- 至少有3年物联网方面的类似工作经验 - 具有物联网硬件方面的知识和经验（具有Quectel解决方案方面的经验者优先）。 - 具有通信技术方面的知识和经验（有蜂窝电话经验者优先考虑） - 有较强的能力以简单易懂的方式阐述复杂的解决方案 - 流利的英语书写和口语（会多国语言者优先） - 有项目管理经验者优先 - 有能力在全球范围内出差，但主要是在本地区 · Minimum of 3 years IoT experience in a similar role · Knowledge and experience of IoT hardware (experience of Quectel solutions an advantage) · Knowledge and experience of communication technologies (Cellular experience an advantage) · Strong ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple to understand manner · Fluent written and oral English language (multi-lingual an advantage) · Project management experience an advantage · Ability to travel globally but primarily within region
