职位描述

1.为GNSS产品提供技术支持,跟进GNSS客户项目; 2.提供Quectel无线模块和开发工具的售前和售后技术支持和客户培训。 3.对客户的技术咨询提供迅速的回应,准备在澳大利亚各地进行现场支持。 4.能够进行产品介绍,并在现场为客户进行产品和工具培训。 5.根据客户的应用要求,向客户提供切实的反馈和可行的Quectel解决方案。 6.开发简单的示范应用,帮助客户更快、更有效地评估和整合Quectel模块。 7.编写每周技术报告,说明支持活动和未决问题的进展情况。 8.为客户创建技术文件和演示文稿 9.支持对不合格品的分析,并反馈给研发部门以采取纠正措施 10.为现场应用工程师和客户主持技术培训和研讨会。 1.Provide technical support for GNSS products and follow-up of GNSS customer projects; 2.Provide Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical support and customer training on Quectel wireless modules and development tools. 3.Provide swift responses to customer technical inquiries, being prepared to travel for on-site support across Australia. 4.Be able to give product presentations and conduct product and tool training for customers on-site. 5.Provide tangible feedback and feasible Quectel solutions to customers, based on their application requirements. 6.Develop simple demonstration applications to help customers evaluate and integrate Quectel modules quicker and more effectively. 7.Prepare Weekly Technical Reports indicating the support activity and open issue progress. 8.Creating technical documentation and presentations for customers 9.Support the analysis of non-conformities and feed back to R&D for corrective actions 10.Host technical trainings and workshops for Field Application engineers and customers.

任职要求

1.熟悉GNSS卫星定位原理,熟悉GNSS接收机的使用和数据处理; 2.熟练使用各种GNSS测试工具和仪器,进行系统功能、性能和压力模拟测试; 3.熟悉GNSS相关行业背景,熟悉GNSS芯片平台者优先; 4.出色地展示出优秀的沟通和表达能力,能够在多文化的工作和客户环境中有效沟通。 5.熟悉C语言和常用调试方法,有一定的调试经验; 6.创造性地解决问题,具备良好的分析和故障排除能力,能够管理并迅速解决所有技术问题,为Quectel客户提供最高质量的服务。 7.自我激励,能够独立工作,具有强烈的责任感和团队合作的倾向性。要有积极的思维,容易与人相处。 8.必须能够并愿意出差。 9.优先考虑: 有嵌入式Linux、Android系统或其他操作系统的经验。有GNSS、LTE射频/天线设计、调谐或测试方面的经验。熟悉GNSS模块。 10.熟悉RTK/DR技术 11.包括Phython或类似的脚本语言 1.Familiar with the principle of GNSS satellite positioning, the use of GNSS receivers and data processing; 2.Proficient in using various GNSS test tools and instruments to conduct system function, performance, and pressure simulation tests; 3.Familiar with GNSS-related industry background, familiar with GNSS chip platform is preferred; 4.Excellent demonstrating outstanding communication and presentation skills and being able to effectively communicate in multicultural work and customer environments. 5.Familiar with C language and common debugging methods, with certain debugging experience; 6.Creative problem solver possessing good analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to manage and swiftly resolve all technical issues, delivering the highest quality services to Quectel customers. 7.Be self-motivated, able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a predisposition for teamwork. Be a positive thinker and easily get along with others. 8.Must be able and willing to travel. 9.Prefer: Experienced in embedded Linux, Android systems, or other OSs. Experienced in GNSS, LTE RF/Antenna design, tuning, or testing. Familiar with GNSS Modules. 10.Familiar with RTK/DR technology 11.Include Phython or similar scripting languages
