职位描述

职位职责: - 与亚洲和欧洲的开发团队合作，积极参加电动工具的开发。 - 进行电动工具和附件的部件和完整单元的设计工作。 - 在工具的技术/物理功能及其设计方法方面建立健全的能力，以确保对不同应用中的功能和可靠性的测试结果作出正确的解释。 - 系统地优化工具及其部件的设计，以满足喜利得在质量和成本方面的标准。 - 报告所有的结果和发现，并向团队提出改进、进一步行动和设计调整的建议。 - 采取必要的措施，确保设计步骤的合理规划和管理。审查和澄清来自德国开发中心的规格的准确性。 - 确保在开发过程中与喜利得团队、工厂和供应商保持密切联系。 - 负责设计结果的完整记录并与他人分享经验。 - 在上海建立塑料技术，并使其与欧洲标准同步。 - 领导与改进设计流程有关的内部小型项目（如设计指南）。 - 在TP项目中发挥创新理念，并向TTM项目销售。 - 为设计同事提供知识和能力支持。报告所有的结果和发现，并向团队提出改进、进一步行动和设计调整的建议。 - 潜在地支持并在团队领导设计师缺席的情况下充当其角色。 完成团队领导或部门主管分配的其他任务或项目。 Responsibilities: • Take an active part in developing power tools in cooperation with the development teams in Asia and Europe. • Carry out the design work for components and complete units of power tools and accessories. • Building up sound competence regarding technical/physical function of the tools and its design methods to ensure the right interpretation of test results regarding function and reliability in different applications. • Optimize the design of the tools and their components in a systematic way to fulfill Hilti standards in sense of quality and costs. • Report all results and findings and give recommendations for improvements, further actions and design adaptions to the team. • Take necessary steps to ensure proper planning and management of the design steps. Review and clarify accuracy of specifications coming from the German development center. • Ensure a close relationship with Hilti teams, the plants and Supplier during the development process. • Take care of the complete documentation of the design results and share experience to others. • Building up plastic know-how in Shanghai and synchronize the results with European standards. • Leading internal small projects related to improve design process (e.g. design guidelines). • Work in TP projects with innovative idea and sale to TTM projects. • Provide knowledge and competence support to design colleagues. Report all results and findings and give recommendations for improvements, further actions and design adaptions to the team. • Potentially support and act as Team Leader Designer in case of absence. Complete other tasks or projects assigned by team leader or department head.

任职要求

岗位要求: - 大学毕业（至少有机械工程学士学位），有5年以上在开发环境中担任机械工程师或模具工程师的工作经验，有复杂的塑料外壳设计和模具经验。 - 熟练掌握英语和中文 - 对机电系统有出色的技术理解。 - 擅长使用CAD软件，最好是Unigraphics NX，有3D自由曲面者优先。 - 有PDM系统工作经验者优先。 - 有电动工具设计或电动家庭的经验，特别是： 1.有设计复杂机械系统的经验，有复杂塑料部件设计的经验。 2.有典型塑料材料应用的经验。 3.了解工具结构，有工具修改管理经验 - 分析和组织能力。 - 在所有的微软视窗应用程序中具有卓越的PC知识。 - 成熟、主动、独立和积极的。 - 对变化和新经验持开放态度。 - 优秀的人际关系和沟通技巧。 - 有能力处理跨文化问题。 - 有与欧洲或/和海外技术人员合作的经验。 Minimum Experience & Qualifications: • University graduate (min. bachelor degree in mechanical engineering) with 5+ years working experience in development environment as mechanical engineer or mould engineer and with complex plastic housing design and tooling experience. • Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must • Excellent technical understanding of electromechanical systems. • Excellence in working with CAD Software better is Unigraphics NX, prefer with 3D free-form surfaces • Experience in working with PDM systems is a plus. • Experience in power tool design or Electric household, in particular: § Experience in designing complex mechanical systems, and with complex plastic components design. § Experience in typical plastic material applications. § Understand tooling structure and have tooling modification management experience • Analytical and organizational skills. • Superior PC knowledge in all Microsoft Windows applications. • The candidate must be mature, initiative, independent and proactive. • Open minded for changes and new experiences. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Able to deal with intercultural problems. • Experience to work with European or/and Overseas technicians.
