职位描述

亚洲首席执行官直接向欧洲的集团首席执行官报告。首席执行官负责领导亚洲的业务和子公司,包括 1.领导力施展:提供明确的领导,进一步发展组织能力,包括每个国家的一、二级管理层,以及发展文化,确保实现商定的目标。 2.执行商定的战略和各国相应的行动计划 3.组织的发展,特别是各级人员的发展--确保我们的员工满意,并在关键岗位上有足够的覆盖率。 4.交付完整的年度预算计划和业务计划--包括实体的资本支出和现金流计划。 5.通过建立和执行组织标准,保持优质服务。 6.通过参加教育研讨会保持专业和技术知识;审阅专业出版物;建立个人网络;为最先进的做法制定基准;参加专业协会。 6.销售--确保集团在选定的国家和建筑与活动的主要市场实现盈利性增长。 7.运营和服务质量 - 确保最佳的运营效率,包括调度、服务水平和客户满意度方面的流程优化。 8.组织的环境卫生方面 9.积极参加集团矩阵组织内的工作。 The CEO Asia reports directly to CEO of the Group in Europe. The CEO is responsible for leading the business and subsidiaries in Asia, including 1.Leadership: Provide clear leadership and further develop the organizational capabilities, incl. 1st & 2nd level management in every country, as well as developing the culture to ensure agreed targets are achieved. 2.Implementation of the agreed strategy and corresponding action plans for the countries 3.Development of the organization, especially personnel across all levels – to ensure that we have employee satisfaction and adequate coverage in key positions. 4.Delivery of full annual budget plan and business plans – including capex and cash flow plan for the entity. 5.Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. 6.Sales – to ensure the group achieves profitable growth – in the selected countries and main markets of Construction & Events 7.Operations & Service Quality – ensure best in class operational efficiency incl. process optimization in dispatching, service levels & customer satisfaction 8.ESH aspects of the organization 9.Be an active participant in working within the Group Matrix Organization.

任职要求

1.有担任总经理或至少分公司经理的经验,管理一个拥有30名以上员工的销售和服务子公司至少5年以上。 2.有经验的经理,对东南亚地区非常了解。 3.至少有商业、工程或其他相关领域的大学学位 4.有良好的业绩记录: 多站点、多国业务,具有高度的服务或物流能力。 5.亲力亲为,脚踏实地的心态;能够有效地计划、沟通和执行变革。 6.流程管理--确保业务实体的统一流程纪律,确保一致的数据管理。 7.人事管理 - 有能力领导和发展团队,有能力创造热情和动力 8.分析能力,实现目标的强大动力,以结果为导向,能够做出决定,具有团队精神 9.能够经常到(东南亚)不同国家出差 10.语言: 非常好的英语和中文(普通话),其他方言(特别是粤语)和精进的马来西亚语能力将是一个加分项,但不是必须的。 1.Experience as General Manager or at least Branch Manager managing a sales and service subsidiary with more than 30 staff for at least 5 years. 2.Experienced Manager who knows the South East Asia Region very well 3.At least University Degree in Business, Engineering or other related fields 4.Proven track record: Multi-Site, Multi-Country business with high degree of Service or Logistics. 5.Hands-on, down to earth mentality; can effectively plan, communicate and executes changes. 6.Process management – ensure aligned process discipline in the operational entities, ensure consistent data management 7.People Manager – capable to lead & to develop the team, capable to create enthusiasm & motivation 8.Analytical skills, Strong drive to achieve goals, result oriented, able to take decisions, Team approach 9.Capable of frequent travelling to different countries in (Southeast) Asia 10.Language: Very good English and Chinese (Mandarin), further dialects (especially Cantonese) and advanced Malaysian will be a plus, but not a requirement.
