1.为所有学生、教师和来宾提供优质的客户服务。 2.对校园社区有大致的了解，并能有效率地将客户引导到适当的服务区域。 3.通过电话、网络或书面信函处理客户服务咨询和问题 4.促进学生的学习、成长和进步 5.收集学生信息，为学生提供咨询服务 6.配合和支持教授的教学管理和学术指导，以及教育/教学任务等。 7.负责学生、班级、教研室的日常管理工作 8.定期组织学生活动，做好动员、组织、协调、实施和总结工作 9.以好奇心和批判性思维能力促进问题的解决 10.与家长和组织有效合作，提高学生成绩 11.安排和通知教学/课程计划 12.管理学习计划 13.安排教室和组织考试时间 14.作为学术和教学问题的联系人 Responsibilities: •Provide excellent customer service for all our students, teachers, and guests •Has a general understand of the campus community and can efficiently and effectively directs customers to appropriate service areas. •Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence •Contribute to student learning, growth and advancement •Collecting information on students and providing advisory services to students •Cooperate and support with professors in teaching management and academic guidance, and educational/teaching tasks, etc. •Be responsible for the daily management of students, classes and fore •Organize student activities on a regular basis, and do the mobilization, organization, coordination, implementation and summary work •Facilitate problem-solving with a curious mind and critical thinking skills •Collaborate effectively with parents and the organization to increase student performance •Schedule and inform the teaching/course plans •Manage the study programmes •Arrange classrooms and organizing examination schedules •As the contact person for the academic and teaching issues

任职要求

- 具备辅导员或类似职位的工作经验 - 能够建设性地接受监督和纠正 - 能够积极指导学生 - 至少拥有硕士学位 - 教育学、心理学专业优先 - 有学生会或学生社团管理经验者优先考虑 - 有耐心，灵活，积极，稳定，可靠，合作，有幽默感 - 英语口语和书写流利 - 有大学教务处工作经验者优先 - 德语流利者优先 Requirements: •Proven work experience as a tutor or similar role •Ability to take supervision and correction constructively •Ability to positively supervise students •At least a master\\\\\\\'s degree •Major in Education, Psychology is preferred •Management experience as a member of the student unions or student clubs preferred •Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable and cooperative with a sense of humour •Fluent in spoken and written English •Working experience in an academic office of the universities is a plus •Fluent German is a plus
