- 负责备件仓库组织管理流程的全面建设（需求订单管理、进出口、出入库、库存补货管理定义、废旧物资处置等），协调管理海外备件仓库工作 - 负责协调售后、工程等部门的备件需求输入管理，满足业务发展对备件的需求 - 负责人员规划、培训和管理，以及资源规划 Job Responsibility: •Responsible for the overall construction of the spare parts warehouse organization and management process (demand order management, import and export, inbound and outbound, inventory replenishment management definition, disposal of obsolete materials, etc.) and coordinating the management of overseas spare parts warehouse work •Responsible for coordinating the input management of spare parts demand from after-sales, engineering and other departments to meet the needs of business development for spare parts •Responsible for personnel planning, training, and management, as well as resource planning

任职要求

- 学历要求： 具备物流管理、交通运输、工业工程、数学、经济学等相关专业本科及以上学历，对行业发展趋势有深刻理解和认识 - 工作经验： 拥有至少 5 年的物流规划（包括国内和国际物流规划）、物流管理等相关工作经验。熟悉物流、供应链等方面的业务流程和运作模式，具有独立负责物流规划项目的经验和能力 - 技能要求： 具备项目管理、物流规划、物流设计、物流设备管理、SAP系统操作维护等技能 - 资质要求： 具备责任心、团队合作精神、沟通能力、创新思维、数据分析能力、战略眼光等素质。优先考虑： 有海外留学或工作经验，以及一定英语水平的物流规划负责人将更具竞争力 Qualifications: •Education requirements: Possess a bachelor\'s degree or above in logistics management, transportation, industrial engineering, mathematics, economics, and other related majors, with a deep understanding and understanding of industry development trends •Work experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in logistics planning (including domestic and international logistics planning), logistics management, and other related work.
