职位描述

1. 开发和建立电力电子电子测试台。包括与测试团队合作进行参数定义、LAH 编写、设备供应商考察、调试等； 2. 根据不同的测试要求进行电子测试台的日常操作。包括根据不同测试要求设置工装、设备操作、故障排除、校准、维护、测试计划、作业指导书等； 3. 与测试团队一起进行测试数据分析、测试结果评估； 4. 支持测试团队进行故障排除、产品参数定义； 5. 与供应商进行技术谈判，以满足特定的测试要求。 6. 确保与内部和外部接口的沟通。 7. 支持电力电子产品质量。 1. Development and setting-up for power electronics electronic-test benches. Including cooperation with testing team for parameters definition, LAH writing, equipment supplier scouting, commissioning and so on; 2. Daily operation for electronic-test benches based on different test requirements. Including setting-up tooling based on different test requirements, equipment operation, trouble shooting, calibration, maintenance, test plan, working instruction and so on; 3. Test data analysis, test result evaluating with test team; 4. Support test team for trouble shooting, products parameter definition; 5. Conducting technical negotiations with suppliers to meet the specifically defined test requirements. 6. Ensures communication with internal and external Interfaces. 7. 任职要求

1. 学历：电气工程/机械工程/自然科学等专业本科及以上学历（或主修专业同等学历）。 2. 精通英语或德语 3. 项目管理知识 4. 了解电力电子、电力电子测试标准（如 VW80000、VW803000 等......） 5. 了解 EME 和其他相关电力电子测试台，了解通信协议和测试设备 6. 良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力 7. 高度的积极性和灵活性（例如，新任务、出差、加班等） 8. 正直、以价值为导向的工作作风，遵守规章制度。 9. 在出现错误时勇于承担责任，并能在出错时直言不讳。 1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / Natural science, etc. 2. English or German proficient 3. Knowledge of project management 4. Knowhow of power electronics, power electronics test standard (such as VW80000, VW803000, etc…) 5. Knowhow for EME and other related power electronic electronic-test benches, knowledge of communication protocols and testing equipment 6. Very good team player and communication ability 7. Very high motivation and Flexibility (eg. new tasks, business trips, overtime working, etc) 8. Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation. 9. Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong.
