职位描述

工作内容： 1.Assisting the sales department in solving customer technical problems and proposing solutions that satisfy customers协助支持销售部解决客户技术问题，提出令客户满意的解决方案 2.Assist the customer to complete the technical verification test of the product to ensure that the product meets the customer\'s requirement协助客户完成对产品的技术验证测试，确保产品达到客户的要求 3.Assist the service department in analyzing the technical problems and reach an agreement with the customers through communication and persuasion with the customers.协助服务部门进行技术问题分析，通过与客户的沟通、说服，与客户达成一致。 4.Support marketing department related activities to answer customer questions支持市场部相关活动，解答客户疑问 5.Assist R&D department to improve product performance and improve product experience协助R&D部门完善产品性能，提高产品使用体验 6.Assist sales to collect market information for relevant market analysis协助销售收集市场信息，以供相关市场分析 7.Complete other work-related tasks assigned by management完成管理层交给的其它工作相关任务

任职要求

任职要求： 1.Electrical Engineering, Physics, Communication engineering or Material Sciences are preferred.电气工程，物理学，通信工程或材料科学优先 2.Power electronics knowledge电力电子知识 3.Good communication skills, able to communicate and convince customers良好的沟通技巧，能够对客户进行沟通说服 4.Electrical, physical and related professional backgrounds are preferred电气、物理及相关专业背景优先 5.English ability, able to communicate with HQ to discuss technical issues, by phone or mail.英语能力，能够与总部同时进行邮件、电话沟通，讨论技术相关问题工作地址可以为 ：北京或广州或上海或太仓
