职位描述
1、负责客户订单的订舱、单证、报关、运输、跟踪、对账等日常处理, 包括与供应商的协调,与客户的对接; 2、维护和管理客户,及时了解客户需求,特别是客户未被满足的需求,与客户建立牢固的业务关系, 对现有客户 资源进行二次开发和转介绍; 3、做好客户咨询,提供优化物流解决方案,妥善解决突发事件、疑难问题和客户投诉,提高客户满意度; 4、与全球客户服务团队密切配合,保障、提升客户和公司的利益; 5、配合团队做好供应商的开发,优化成本和供应,争取更多业务; 6、完成公司安排的其他工作
任职要求
1、二年及以上国际货运代理工作经验; 2、较强的沟通能力,有较好的团队合作和抗压能力; 3、能适应短期出差; 4、语言要求:德文、中文能作为工作语言;英文良好 5、大专及以上学历; 6、熟练操作办公软件。 公司提供晋升通道:分公司经理 请务必在简历中写明税前薪资要求,谢谢!
