职位描述
1.负责新产品的市场调研和需求分析，开发和实施产品策划方案; 2.负责产品定义和设计，根据场景洞察识别用户需求，制定机器人产品表单，并设计和开发相应的产品需求文档(PRD) ; 3.负责竞争对手分析，持续跟踪竞争对手的最新发展和产品策略，为产品决策提供数据支持; 4.负责产品的不断迭代优化和大规模生产进程，通过了解用户反馈和市场需求来改善产品功能和性能，提高客户满意度; 5.协调资源，促进产品实施，全面负责项目进度，维护项目整体质量; 6.负责在项目周期内完成文件编制，提供相关产品培训/用户手册和其他清单材料，提供产品战略和运营建议。
任职要求
1.计算机科学、电子通信、机械工程、电气工程、自动化等相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上产品经理或需求分析师2.工作经验; 或是以上专业毕业的优秀应届生。 3.熟悉市场调研和竞争对手分析方法，具备优秀的产品策划和定义能力; 4.对机器人行业充满热情，有大规模生产机器人产品设计经验者优先，熟悉 IPD (产品集成开发)流程者优先; 5.具有良好的团队合作精神和项目管理能力，能够有效地沟通和协调跨部门工作; 6.具有出色的问题解决能力、分析能力和创新思维能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中灵活应对挑战。
