职位描述

1、Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives in alignment with business strategy. 2、Implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business objectives and organizational development. 3、Partner with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning strategies 4、Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to ensure effective recruitment and selection processes. 5、Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and provide all relevant employee data. 6、Implement performance management processes 7、Conduct talent management initiatives including succession planning, talent pipeline and leadership development 8、Facilitate learning and development initiatives. 9、Implement HR projects and initiatives within established timelines and budgets. 10、Address employee relations issues and handle conflict cases

任职要求

1、Bachelor\'s degree or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred. 2、A minimum of 3 years of solid, dedicated HR experience, preferably as an HRBP within multinational corporations. 3、Proficient in English (written and spoken),with excellent communication, interpersonal, and crossfunctional collaboration skills 4、Strong presentation skills,with the ability to design professional PPT materials and deliver clear briefings to stakeholders 5、Adaptable problem-solver, capable of handling ambiguity and shifting priorities effectively. 6、High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information.
