About the RoleAs a Technical Sales Engineer for the Mass Market business, you will accelerate business growth by developing a broad customer base through distributors and direct engagement. You will identify new opportunities, expand design activity, and build scalable business across multiple customers and applications.What You\'ll Do： 1.Develop new business opportunities through distributors, channel partners, and direct customer engagement. 2.Manage a portfolio of small- and medium-sized accounts while continuously expanding customer coverage. 3.Drive product positioning, customer evaluations, Design Wins, and production ramp-up across multiple projects. 4.Work closely with FAE, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to deliver timely customer success. 5.Manage healthy sales pipelines, demand forecasts, quotations, and order execution. 6.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. 7.Drive channel enablement through technical training, joint customer visits, and business reviews. 8.Achieve assigned revenue, Design Win, and customer acquisition targets.

任职要求

What You\'ll Bring： 1.Bachelor\'s degree or above in Engineering, Electronics, Microelectronics, Automation, Business, or a related discipline. 2.Experience in semiconductor sales, FAE, product marketing, business development, or technical support. 3.Strong customer communication, negotiation, and account management skills. 4.Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 5.Commercial mindset with strong ownership and execution. 6.Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications： 1.Experience working with semiconductor distributors or channel partners. 2.Knowledge of analog, power management, sensor, isolation, or MCU products. 3.Experience in industrial, consumer, or general-purpose electronics markets.
