If our products conquer the market, this will also be your merit in the future: because you analyse the market and all participants and accordingly compile our global product portfolio. You analyse the market, our customers and competitors as well as competing products. Together with our Engineering Service you define product ideas and take care of product positioning with regard to our product portfolio roadmap. For new (key) products you will conduct business cases, formulate our value proposition and examine the value chain. The analysis of market combinations and the profitability of the product range are also part of your tasks. In addition, you support your sales colleagues with product information, launches and release procedures. You scout and validate new disruptive technological and business opportunities and propose strategic alliances and acquisitions. Furthermore, you will prepare the annual operating plan (budget) and strategic review plan, including the quarterly forecasting process (volume estimation/monitoring) with the sales team.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing or another related field is preferred Several years professional experience in power electronics industry Experience in working with cross-functional teams Strong writing and analytical skills Hard working, collaborative and inquisitive
